LKG Gallery Founded by Lucien Krief in the late 1980's, has acquired a worldwide recognition as being among the finest sources of Modern and Contemporary Art and classical Jewish and Israeli Fine Art, antique Judaica and silver. In addition, Mr. Krief, an accomplished painter and sculptor, promotes other artists and aids collectors in the development of their private collections. During the last three years the Gallery has undergone a face lift and nowadays
put on show a varied mixture of contemporary Art as well as more classical works by Marc Chagall, Reuven Rubin, Moise Kisling and Mordechai Ardon etc.
Owner of the gallery and a world renowned expert on European art and the School of Paris. An artist by training, he founded the Krief Gallery 20 years ago, which has had enormous success since. In 2008 he acquired the Maza auction house and founded the only International Auction House that conducts sales in Israel, from its home near the King David Hotel in Jerusalem. In recent years, Krief Gallery, which specialized in European and Jewish art, has moved to develop and invest in contemporary art and opened a new space that was inaugurated in January 2019.
