LKG reserves the right, in its sole discretion, not to deliver a particular product in the event that the product is out of stock. Cancellation of Purchase by the Customer
The Buyer shall inspect the artwork promptly upon delivery.
If the artwork is delivered with a material defect or materially differs from the description published on the Website, the Buyer may cancel the purchase by notifying LKG in writing by email. In such case, no cancellation fee shall apply. The artwork must be returned to LKG within seven (7) business days, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
In all other cases, the Buyer may cancel the purchase within fourteen (14) days from the date of receipt of the artwork or from the date of receipt of the transaction details, whichever is later, in accordance with the provisions of the Israeli Consumer Protection Law, 1981.
Where cancellation fees are applicable under Israeli law, LKG shall be entitled to charge cancellation fees in the amount prescribed by law.
The Buyer shall bear the cost of returning the artwork to LKG.
Nothing in this section shall prejudice LKG's right to claim compensation for any reduction in the value of the artwork resulting from deterioration, damage, or use beyond what is reasonably necessary to examine the artwork, all in accordance with applicable law.
Notice of cancellation must be submitted in writing by email.
Cancellation of Purchase by LKG
LKG reserves the right to cancel an order or terminate a purchase agreement by providing written notice to the Buyer, including the reason for cancellation, in any of the following circumstances:

A genuine and material error occurred in the description, price, availability, or other essential information relating to the artwork.

The artwork is no longer available due to circumstances beyond LKG's reasonable control.

A force majeure event prevents fulfillment of the order, including but not limited to war, terrorism, natural disasters, governmental restrictions, cyber-attacks, communication failures, or any event beyond LKG's reasonable control.

The Buyer has failed to fulfill his or her obligations under the purchase agreement, including failure to complete payment or providing false, inaccurate, or incomplete information.

LKG reasonably believes that the order involves fraud, unlawful activity, or misuse of the Website.
Where payment has already been received, LKG shall refund all amounts paid by the Buyer in accordance with applicable law.
Condition Reports
LKG makes every reasonable effort to accurately describe each artwork offered for sale.
Buyers are strongly encouraged to request and carefully review a condition report before completing a purchase.
Condition reports are provided solely as a professional opinion and should not be regarded as an exhaustive description of every characteristic, restoration, defect, or imperfection.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, frames are not considered part of the artwork's condition. LKG accepts no responsibility for the condition of frames or any damage to them.
Authenticity and Catalog Information
Buyers are encouraged to review all catalog information carefully and to raise any questions regarding authenticity, attribution, dimensions, medium, or condition before completing the purchase.
Any concerns regarding catalog descriptions should be submitted to LKG as soon as reasonably possible and, where practicable, within twenty-one (21) days following the sale.
Nothing contained in these Terms shall limit or exclude any rights or remedies that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
