SHIPPING TERMS FOR GALLERY PURCHASES
Shipping prices include professional packing and door-to-door delivery to the address provided by the purchaser, unless otherwise stated in the shipping quotation. Transit insurance may be purchased at an additional cost of 1.5% of the declared value, subject to a minimum charge of USD 100.
Import duties, taxes, customs clearance fees, storage charges, and any other local destination charges are not included. Where applicable, these charges will be billed directly to the consignee by the carrier or local customs authorities. Once full payment for the artwork and shipping has been received, the item will be transferred for packing. Packing normally takes between 3 and 7 business days, depending on the size of the artwork and the type of packing required.
All artworks are packed in accordance with appropriate transport standards to provide a suitable level of protection during transit.
Most international shipments are sent by established courier services such as DHL or FedEx. Larger or more delicate artworks may require specialist art transportation or freight services. Estimated international transit time is generally 7 to 14 business days after dispatch. Delivery times are estimates only and may be affected by customs clearance, local import procedures, weather conditions, carrier delays, or other circumstances beyond the gallery’s control.
