Penina grew up overlooking the rolling hills of Jerusalem and spent many long summers in the Swiss alps. Surrounded by such beauty, she developed her unique expression of art, which takes the viewer on a journey of color, feeling, and growth. 

 

She feels her art is a present from Hashem and a part of who she is. When she paints, she feels the painting coming to life and building itself, almost as if she's just there to hold the brush, and to enjoy and learn from the journey that the colors and strokes take her and the viewers on.
